【摘要】 目的:分析成都市居民中医药健康信息素养水平及其影响因素，为提高居民的中医药健康信息素养水平提供参考。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样的方式，在2023年1-9月对成都市24个社区的981名居民进行调查，对不同人群的中医药健康信息素养水平进行差异性分析，并探究中医药健康信息素养水平的影响因素。统计分析包括信效度检验、单因素分析和回归分析。结果:成都市居民中医药健康信息素养水平平均得分为82.25分，具备率为28.95%,总体水平偏低。居民中医药健康信息素养水平在年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭人均月收入、居住地、中医药健康信息需求、是否利用电子设备管理健康、自感健康状况、是否患慢性病上存在差异。回归分析结果显示，文化程度、职业、中医药健康信息需求和电子设备使用情况是中医药健康信息素养的影响因素。结论:成都市居民的中医药健康信息素养水平有待提升，不同特征居民的中医药健康信息素养水平有差异，其中文化程度、职业、中医药健康信息需求和电子设备使用情况等因素影响居民中医药健康信息素养水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the level and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health information literacy of Chengdu residents, so as to provide references for enhancing the level of TCM health information literacy of residents. Methods: Using the multi-stage random sampling method, a total of 981 residents in 24 communities in Chengdu were investigated from January to September 2023, and the differences of TCM health information literacy level among different groups and the influencing factors of TCM health information literacy level were analyzed. Statistical analysis included reliability and validity test, single factor analysis and binary logistic regression. Results: The average score of TCM health information literacy level of Chengdu residents was 82.25 points, with a rate of 28.95%, and the overall level was relatively low. The level of TCM health information literacy of residents was different in age, education level, occupation, per capita monthly household income, place of residence, TCM health information demands, whether to use electronic equipment to manage health, self-perceived health status, and whether to suffer from chronic diseases. The regression results showed that education level, occupation, demands of TCM health information and use of electronic equipment were the influencing factors of TCM health information literacy. Conclusion: The level of TCM health information literacy of Chengdu residents needs to be improved, and the level of TCM health information literacy of different groups of people is different.
