【摘要】 目的:分析重庆市育龄妇女再生育意愿及其影响因素，为完善生育支持政策体系提供参考依据。方法:于2022年8-9月，采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法选取重庆市18-49岁的育龄妇女为研究对象，采用χ~2检验和无序多分类logistic回归分析育龄妇女再生育意愿及其影响因素。结果:9717名重庆市育龄妇女中有再生育意愿的占比为8.8%。多因素分析结果显示，年龄、居住地、家庭人均月收入水平、家庭共同生活人数、家庭已有子女数量、3岁以下婴幼儿年龄和性别是育龄妇女再生育意愿的影响因素，且均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重庆市育龄妇女再生育意愿偏低，其再生育意愿受多种因素影响。应通过多种形式扩大普惠托育服务供给、提高妇幼保健水平和促进性别平等，减少育龄妇女再生育顾虑，提高再生育意愿水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the re-fertility intention of women of childbearing age and its influencing factors in Chongqing, so as to provide reference for improving the reproductive support policy system. Methods: From August to September 2022, multistage stratified random sampling method was used to select women of childbearing age between 18 and 49 years old in Chongqing as the research objects. Chi-square test and disordered multiple logistic regression were used to analyze re-fertility intention and influencing factors of women of childbearing age. Results: Among the 9717 women of childbearing age in Chongqing, 8.8% had the re-fertility intention. The results of multiple factor analysis showed that age, place of residence, per capita monthly income, number of family members, number of children in the family, age and gender of infants under 3 years old were statistically significant factors affecting the re-fertility intention of women of childbearing age(P<0.05). Conclusion: Women of childbearing age in Chongqing have low re-fertility intention, and re-fertility intention is affected by multiple factors. It is necessary to expand the supply of universal childcare in various forms, improve the level of maternal and child health care and promote gender equality to reduce the concerns of women of childbearing age and raise the level of re-fertility intention.更多还原
