【摘要】 目的:分析2018-2022年吉林省各地州医疗资源供给系统与需求系统耦合协调发展状况，为优化地区医疗资源配置提供参考。方法:以2019-2023年《吉林统计年鉴》为数据来源，构建综合评价指标体系，运用熵权法、耦合协调度模型分析吉林省医疗资源供需协调度及空间分布特征。结果:2018-2022年吉林省医疗资源供需耦合度高于0.8,达到高水平耦合(0.8<C<1),耦合协调水平相对稳定，仅发生微小变动，呈现“中间协调，四周失调”的空间格局，总体供需协调等级处于中度失调(0.2<D≤0.4)。结论:吉林省医疗资源供给与需求发展相对不平衡，供需耦合协调度不高且地区间差异较大。应因地制宜制定地区发展政策，加强地区间互联互通，促进吉林省医疗资源供需水平协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the development status of the coupled coordination between the medical resource supply and demand in various states of Jilin from 2018 to 2022, so as to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of regional medical resources. Methods: Using the Jilin Statistical Yearbook 2019-2023 as the data source, a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed. The entropy weight method and the coupling coordination degree model were applied to analyze the degree of coordination of the supply and demand of medical resources and the spatial distribution characteristics in Jilin. Results: From 2018 to 2022, the coupling degree of supply and demand of medical resources in Jilin was higher than 0.8, reaching a high level of coupling(0.8<C<1), and the level of coupling coordination was relatively stable, with only minor changes, presenting a spatial pattern of "coordination in the middle and imbalance in the surroundings", and the overall coordination level of supply and demand was in a medium degree of imbalance(0.2<D≤0.4). Conclusion: The development of supply and demand of medical resources in Jilin is relatively unbalanced, and the coupling of supply and demand is not well coordinated and has large differences between regions. Regional development policies should be formulated according to local conditions and interregional connectivity should be strengthened to promote the coordinated development of the supply and demand levels of medical resources in Jilin.更多还原
