【摘要】 目的:了解河南省医学本科生未来时间洞察力现状并分析其影响因素，为提高医学本科生未来时间洞察力提供参考。方法:于2023年10月-12月采用目的抽样，选取2064名河南省医学本科生为调查对象，采用未来时间洞察力量表、成就动机量表、心理弹性量表进行调查，采用多重线性回归分析未来时间洞察力的影响因素，采用中介效应模型探究心理弹性在成就动机与未来时间洞察力之间的作用。结果:河南省医学本科生未来时间洞察力量表得分为(57.81±9.37)分。学习成绩、专业认可程度、成就动机和心理弹性是影响医学本科生未来时间洞察力的主要因素(P<0.001)。心理弹性在医学本科生成就动机与未来时间洞察力间的中介作用显著(95%CI:0.127,0.173),中介效应占总效应的38.70%。结论:河南省医学本科生未来时间洞察力总体处于中等水平。高校应关注医学本科生的未来时间洞察力，注重培养其学习能力，激发其对医学专业的兴趣和追求卓越的心态，提升情绪调节能力和心理弹性水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the current status of future time perspective(FTP) among undergraduate medical students in Henan Province and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for improving their FTP. Methods: From October to December 2023, 2064 undergraduate medical students in Henan Province were selected using purposive sampling. The Future Time Perspective Scale, Achievement Motivation Scale and Psychological Resilience Scale were used for the survey. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to identify the influencing factors of FTP, and mediation effect analysis was conducted to explore the mediating role of psychological resilience between achievement motivation and FTP. Results: The average score of the FTP scale for undergraduate medical students was(57.81±9.37). Academic performance, recognition of the medical profession, achievement motivation, and psychological resilience were the main factors influencing FTP(P<0.001). Psychological resilience had a significant mediating effect between achievement motivation and FTP(95% CI: 0.127, 0.173), accounting for 38.70% of the total effect. Conclusion: The FTP of undergraduate medical students in Henan Province is at a moderate level. Universities should focus on improving medical students’ FTP, particularly by fostering learning abilities, stimulating interest in the medical profession, encouraging the pursuit of excellence, and enhancing emotional regulation and psychological resilience.更多还原
