【摘要】 目的 明确老年维持性血液透析（MHD）患者跌倒警觉度的现状及影响因素。方法 采用横断面研究方法，选取2024年1月—2025年5月至延边大学附属医院就诊的328例老年MHD患者为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、跌倒警觉度量表、患者健康问卷抑郁量表简版、FRAIL衰弱量表、中文版Morse跌倒风险评估量表以及Barthel指数评定量表进行问卷调查，采用多元线性回归分析探讨老年MHD患者跌倒警觉度的影响因素。结果 328例MHD患者跌倒警觉度得分为（68.5±11.0）分。多元线性回归分析结果显示，跌倒恐惧、跌倒风险、衰弱、自理能力、年龄和服药数量是老年MHD患者跌倒警觉度的影响因素（调整后R2=0.33,F=18.67,P均<0.001）。结论 老年MHD患者跌倒警觉度处于中等水平，应重点关注对跌倒很害怕、跌倒风险高、衰弱、自理能力中重度依赖、年龄>80岁及服用药物数量≥4种的老年MHD患者。应制定个性化干预措施，以增强患者的跌倒警惕意识，预防跌倒的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To clarify the current status and influencing factors of fall awareness in elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD). Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 328 elderly MHD patients who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University between January 2024 and May 2025. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire, the Falls Awareness Questionnaire, the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), the FRAIL Frailty Scale, the Chinese version of the Morse Fall Risk Assessment Scale, and the Barthel Index. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to identify the factors influencing fall awareness. Results The mean score of fall awareness among the 328 MHD patients was 68. 5 ± 11. 0. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that fear of falling, fall risk, frailty, self-care ability, age, and number of medication taken were significant influencing factors of fall awareness(adjusted R2=0. 33, F=18. 67, all P<0. 001). Conclusions The level of fall awareness in elderly MHD patients is moderate. Particular attention should be given to those with a high fear of falling, high fall risk, frailty, moderate-to-severe dependence in activities of daily living, age over 80 years, and those taking four or more medications.
