【摘要】 目的 描述山东省滨州市2018—2023年人间布鲁菌病(简称布病)的流行特征、临床特征并分析诊断延迟的影响因素，为制定相应的预防策略和措施提供理论依据。方法 采用描述性分析对人间布病的流行特征、临床特征等数据进行描述，t检验或χ~2检验分析组间差异，多因素分析采用二元logistic回归。结果 2018—2023年滨州市累计报告人间布病病例1 047例，年均发病率为4.45/10万。发热(76.6%)、关节肌肉痛(76.2%)和乏力(76.1%)是人间布病最常见的症状。农牧民为人间布病主要发病人群，占90.4%;人间布病病例的诊断延迟率为39.8%,年龄(OR=1.009,95%CI:1.001～1.018)和二级及以下医院(OR=1.759,95%CI:1.177～2.628)更容易导致人间布病病例诊断延迟。结论 滨州市人间布病发病率较高，农牧民是高危人群；病例诊断延迟率较高，年龄和就诊机构是人间布病病例诊断延迟的影响因素；应有针对性地采取措施，提高人间布病的诊断及时率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of human brucellosis and analyze the influencing factors of delayed diagnosis in Binzhou City from 2018 to 2023,and to provide theoretical basis for the development of corresponding prevention strategies and measures.Methods Descriptive analysis was used to describe the data on the epidemiological characteristics and clinical characteristics etcetera of human brucellosis, t-test or Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences between groups, and binary logistic regression was used for multifactorial analysis.Results One thousand and forty-seven cases of human brucellosis were cumulatively reported in Binzhou City from 2018 to 2023,with an average annual incidence rate of 4.45/100 000.Fever(76.6%),joint myalgia(76.2%),and fatigue(76.1%) were the most common symptoms of human brucellosis.Farmers and herders were the main group of people of the onset of human brucellosis, accounting for 90.4%.The rate of delayed diagnosis of human brucellosis cases was 39.8%.Age(OR=1.009,95%CI:1.001-1.018) and grade II and below hospital(OR=1.759,95%CI:1.177-2.628) were more likely to lead to delayed diagnosis of human brucellosis cases.Conclusion The incidence rate of human brucellosis is high in Binzhou City, and farmers and herders are high risk groups.The rate of delayed diagnosis of cases is high, and age and institution of seeing a doctor are the influencing factors for the delayed diagnosis of human brucellosis cases.It should take targeted measures to improve the rate of timely diagnosis of human brucellosis.更多还原
