【摘要】 目的 探讨消防人员的睡眠质量、疲劳与抑郁、焦虑之间的关系，并验证疲劳在睡眠问题与抑郁、焦虑之间的中介作用。方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、疲劳评定量表、患者健康问卷、广泛性焦虑障碍量表对281名消防人员进行施测。结果 消防人员抑郁检出率为16.7%,焦虑检出率为6.0%;睡眠质量与疲劳程度呈显著正相关(r=0.49,P<0.01),与抑郁、焦虑呈显著正相关(r=0.57、0.29,P<0.01);疲劳程度与抑郁、焦虑呈正显著相关(r=0.53、0.27,P<0.01),疲劳在睡眠质量对消防人员抑郁、焦虑的影响中起部分中介作用(β=0.16,占总效应的25.0%)、(β=0.08,占总效应的17.4%)。结论 应当关注消防人员的情绪及睡眠质量，因为睡眠质量可以通过疲劳直接或间接影响消防人员的抑郁和焦虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between sleep quality, fatigue, and depression, anxiety among firefighters, and to verify the mediating effect of fatigue on sleep quality and depression, anxiety. Methods A total of 281 firefighters were assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI), Fatigue Assessment Instrument(FAI), 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9) and 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7). Results The detection rate of depression and anxiety was 16.7% and 6.0% respectively in firefighters. Sleep quality was positively correlated with fatigue(r=0.49, P<0.01), and was positively correlated with depression and anxiety(r=0.57,0.29, P<0.01). Fatigue degree was positively correlated with depression and anxiety(r=0.53,0.27, P<0.01), and fatigue played a partial mediating role in the influence of sleep quality on depression and anxiety of firefighters(β=0.16,accounts for the total effect 25.0%),(β=0.08,accounts for the total effect 17.4%). Conclusion Attention should be paid to the emotions and sleep quality of firefighters, as sleep quality can directly or indirectly affect their depression and anxiety through fatigue.更多还原
