【摘要】 目的 探索抗感染方向临床药师医药联合带教模式学习效果的影响因素，并构建作用机制模型。方法 于2024年11月至12月对在北京大学第一医院培训过抗感染方向临床药师的进修学生进行半结构化访谈。通过扎根理论对访谈资料进行逐级编码，并利用一定比例的访谈资料进行理论饱和度检验，以期构建抗感染临床药师联合带教管理模式模型。结果 本研究最终共提取出52个初始概念、17个初始范畴和8个主范畴，基地环境、药剂科环境、学生因素、药师因素、医师因素、实践效果、宏观因素和医药协同因素构建了抗感染临床药师联合带教管理模式的作用机制模型。结论 构建抗感染临床药师医药联合带教管理模式模型，可以客观地分析抗感染临床药师学习效果的影响因素及作用机制，协助药师团队优化带教方式，促进人才培养和教学改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors of the learning effect of clinical pharmacists in the anti-infection direction under the joint teaching model of medicine and pharmacy, and to build a mechanism model. Methods From November to December 2024, semi-structured interviews were conducted among the trainees who had been trained as clinical pharmacists in the field of anti-infection at Peking University First Hospital. The interview data were coded step by step through grounded theory, and a certain proportion of interview data was used to test the theoretical saturation. In order to construct the mechanism model for anti-infection clinical pharmacist combined teaching. Results A total of 52 initial concepts, 17 initial categories and 8 main categories were extracted in this study. Hospital environment, pharmacy environment, student factor, pharmacist factor,physician factor, practice effect, macro factors and physician-pharmacist combination factor were used to construct the mechanism model of anti-infective clinical pharmacist education model. Conclusion The establishment of the management model of anti-infective clinical pharmacists by physician-pharmacist combination can objectively analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of the learning effect of anti-infective clinical pharmacists, assist the pharmacists′ team to optimize teaching methods, and promote personnel training and teaching reform.更多还原
