【Abstract】 The "Indo-Pacific Strategy", was formally proposed and systematically elaborated by Trump administration, and comprehensively inherited and further refined by Biden administration. The "Indo-Pacific Strategy" is aimed at maintaining the hegemonic advantage of the United States and containing China’s development. In order to promote the "Indo-Pacific Strategy", the United States has strengthened the alliance system, focused on building its partnerships and constantly enhanced the "asymmetric strength" in competition with China. In terms of military, the United States has increased military spending, pushed forward "integrated deterrence" against China in an all-round way and suppressed China step by step. In terms of economy, the United States has boosted tariffs against China,reorganized the industrial chain system and attempted to decouple regional countries from China in economy and technology. In the face of all-round containment and suppression by the United States,it is imperative for China to make a comprehensive response.更多还原
