【摘要】 三因制宜思想是中医学治疗疾病的指导思想和基本原则，参考《黄帝内经》《难经》《脉经》《濒湖脉学》《医宗必读》《伤寒论》等中医经典著作中关于脉诊的原文阐述，并结合临床，认为三因制宜思想在中医学中的应用不仅涉及疾病治疗层面，亦可应用至脉诊过程中，分别从“因时制宜，脉时合参”“因地制宜，脉域合参”“因人制宜，脉人合参”的角度，系统分析季节、昼夜、月相、环境、年龄、体质、性别、性格、妇女特殊的生理阶段等时间因素、环境因素、人体自身因素对脉象的影响，以期扩展三因制宜思想的应用范围，丰富中医辨证及诊断的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of three factors and appropriate treatment is the guiding ideology and basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diseases.This paper refers to the original interpretations on pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine classics such as Huangdi Neijing,Nan Jing,Pulse Jing,Binhu Pulse Study,Essential Readings for Medical Professlonals,Treatise on Febrile Diseases,etc.,and combines clinical practice.It is believed that the application of the “three factors and appropriate treatment” concept in traditional Chinese medicine not only involves disease treatment, but also can be applied to the process of pulse diagnosis.From the perspectives of adapting to the time, combining pulse and timing with reference; adapting to local conditions, combining pulse and domain with reference; adapting to people’s conditions, and combining pulse and person with reference, the paper systematically analyzes the influence of time factors, environmental factors, and human body factors on pulse conditions such as the seasonal period, day and night, lunar phase, environment, age, physical fitness, gender, personality, women’s special conditions, etc.in order to expand the application scope of the “three factors and appropriate treatment” and enrich the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diagnosis.更多还原
