【摘要】 自《交通强国建设纲要》发布以来，为促进交通强国建设，补齐发展短板，亟需培养一批掌握前沿动态、懂理论、能实践的航空运输高层次工程技术人才。2024年10月，中共中央、国务院印发《关于加快推动博士研究生教育高质量发展的意见》，明确指出要探索建立学术学位与专业学位培养分类发展、融通创新机制，完善评价体系，并提升博士专业学位授权点占比。但由于我国工程博士教育起步较晚，发展定位、培养目标定位、实现路径都处在探索中，本文以航空运输类工程博士课程教学实践为例，提出多元整合的开放式课程教学模式和系列探索与实践，以期推动我国交通强国建设中的民航高层次人才培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the release of the "Outline for Building a Strong Transportation Nation", there has been an urgent need to cultivate a group of highly qualified engineering professionals in the field of aviation transportation—individuals who are well-versed in cutting-edge developments, grounded in theoretical knowledge, and capable of applying this expertise in practice. These efforts aim to address gaps in development and support the construction of a robust transportation infrastructure. In October 2024, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Accelerating the High-Quality Development of Doctoral Education, which called for the exploration of differentiated pathways for academic and professional doctoral degrees, the promotion of integrated innovation mechanisms, the improvement of evaluation systems, and an increase in the proportion of professional doctoral degree programs. However, as the development of Doctor of Engineering(D.Eng.) education in China is still in its early stages, the positioning of educational goals, training objectives, and implementation pathways remains a work in progress. This article takes the teaching practice of doctoral courses in aviation transportation engineering as an example to propose a diversified and integrated open course teaching model and a series of explorations and practices, in order to promote the cultivation of high-level talents in civil aviation in the construction of a strong transportation country in China.更多还原
