“四位一体”新能源专业“大思政”教学体系的探索与实践

【摘要】 能源问题与环境问题是21世纪人类面临的两大基本问题,随着国家对节能减排的重视,新能源专业人才培养迫在眉睫。在“新工科”创新创业能力培养核心目标和“大思政”教育背景下,在新能源专业“一体两创三应用”工程实践教学体系中提出突出党建引领,坚持目标导向,明确导师制度,协同名师传德、以赛促教、科教融汇,推动创新创业成效落地生根。“四位一体”双创教育实践体系基于“基础、能力、素养、视野” 4个维度为核心的新工科人才培养模式,在教学过程中将生产应用、教育教学及科学研究交叉融汇,将创新创业与社会主义核心价值观有效结合,激励学生将个人理想融入家国情怀,促进实践教育成效。

【Abstract】 Energy and environmental are the two fundamental issues facing humanity in the 21 st century. With the country’s emphasis on energy conservation and emission reduction, the talent training of new energy engineering professionals is becoming more urgent. Based on the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and “ Great Ideological and Political Education” in “ New Engineering”, the Party Building was promoted in our “One Body, Two Innovations, Three Applications” engineering practice teaching system. During the practice learning, the role of mentors was strengthened to further improve the quality of training via staged and omnidirectional talent training, guiding by reputable teachers, promoting education through competitions, and integrating science and education model. Four teaching dimensions of “foundation, ability, literacy, and vision” were centered during the entire practical education system. The effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship were combined with the socialist core values among students, which could inspire them to integrate their personal ideals into the development of the country and achieve significant educational results.
