搭建废旧仪器创新工坊探索本科生实践能力培养

【摘要】 围绕利用废旧仪器设备推动本科生创新能力培养的实践,分析了浙江大学建设“废旧仪器设备创新工坊”的背景,介绍了学校创新性建设“废旧仪器设备创新工坊”思路、举措和探索成效,包括在废旧仪器设备精细管理、有效回收、高效综合利用方面进行的机制体制改革创新,搭建了学生动手动脑能力培养的新平台,打造融合高端仪器自主研发、学生实践能力强化培育、设备资源循环利用、学生实践能力拓展培养以及有组织的仪器设备创新研制的协同发展新模式,探析了“废旧仪器设备创新工坊”建设的创新意义和实践价值。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the practice of using scrapped and obsolete equipment to enhance undergradu-ates’ innovative capabilities, this article analyzes the background of Zhejiang University’s establishment of a “Scrapped and obsolete equipment innovation workshop” and outlines the university’s innovative ideas, measures, and exploratory outcomes. These includes reforms and innovation in the fine management, effective recycling and comprehensive utilization of scrapped and obsolete equipment, creating a new platform for developing students’ practical skills. This article explores the innovative significance and practical value of establishing the “Scrapped and obsolete equipment innovation workshop”, which can foster a collaborative new model that integrates high-end instrument research and development, students’ practical skill enhancement, equipment resource recycling and organized research and development of equipment.
