三全育人视域下实验课程思政教学改革与实践

【摘要】 以有机化学实验教学为载体,确定了有机化学实验教学思政育人目标,构建了思政育人体系;通过教师育德能力提升、教学模式创新、实验内容优化、思政资源建设等手段进行课程思政教学改革;把政治认同、文化自信、价值塑造、科学素养等思想政治导向与实验教学内容相融合,采用导、引、练、论“四步”法巧妙地让思政案例为实验教学注入灵魂,拓展了实验教学的广度与深度,有助于学生在专业知识学习、实践能力和创新能力培养的同时,塑造正确的人生观、世界观和价值观。

【Abstract】 Taking the experimental teaching of organic chemistry as the carrier, the goal of ideological and political education in organic chemistry experimental teaching has been determined, and the ideological and political education system has been constructed. Through the improvement of teachers’ moral education ability, the innovation of teaching mode, the optimization of experimental content, the construction of ideological and political resources and other means to carry out the reform of curriculum ideological and political teaching; the ideological and political orientation such as political identity,cultural self-confidence, value shaping and scientific literacy are integrated with the experimental teaching content, and use the four-step method of “introduction, guidance, practice, and discussion”to subtly make ideological and political cases as experiments teaching infuses soul, expands the breadth and depth of experimental teaching, and helps students to shape a correct outlook on life, world outlook and values while cultivating professional knowledge, practical ability and innovation ability.
