基于局域网的大型仪器共享平台数据管理

【摘要】 随着大型仪器共享率逐年增加,数据量急剧增加,产生了诸如仪器死机卡顿、机时浪费、数据拷贝存储极为不便等一系列问题。为此,本着“仪器为重、以人为本、平台建设”,设计并搭建了共享平台局域网,实现了平台内5台贵重仪器的数据共享,并通过建设数据集中存储模块、数据云存储模块及规章制度模块,建立了平台统一的数据管理系统,彻底解决了由数据导致的仪器死机问题,为动辄百万的贵重仪器减少了损失;实现了数据备份、数据上云,提供了疫情期间不能进入实验室等特殊情况下远程访问数据的一种方案;年累计节约机时600余时;在用户研究生调研中支持率达96.55%。这套集硬软件为一身的数据管理系统为一线共享平台提供了一个可行方案。

【Abstract】 With the increase in the sharing rate of large instruments, the amount of data has increased sharply, resulting in a series of problems such as instrument crash and stagnation, waste of machine time, inconvenience in data copy and storage, and so on. To this end, in line with the principle of “instrument first, people-oriented and platform construction”, a shared platform LAN is designed and built to realize the data sharing of five valuable instruments in the platform, and a unified data management system of the platform is established by building a centralized data storage module, a data cloud storage module and a rules and regulations module. This system completely solves the problem of instrument crash caused by data and reduces the loss of millions of valuable instruments; it realizes data backup and data cloud, and provides a scheme for remote access to data under special circumstances such as not being able to enter the laboratory during the epidemic; more than 600 machine hours are saved annually; the support rate reached 96. 55% in the user graduate research. This set of data management system integrating hardware and software provides a feasible solution for the front-line sharing platform.
