【摘要】 基于创新型应用人才培养目标,应用“任务驱动”教学法对“制药工程综合实验”课程的教学模式进行了探索,培养学生在药物研发、生产及质量控制方面的综合实验能力。以“芦丁的提取及制剂工艺研究”为主题开展了综合实验,对实验方案的设计、实验实施、实验报告的撰写及汇报三大环节进行了全方位的训练及考核,取得了良好的效果,提高了学生对于专业的认同感,培养了学生的创新意识和严谨的科学思维,同时提高了学生的团队合作能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the goal of cultivating innovative applied talents, the “ task driven” teaching method was applied to explore the teaching mode of the course “Comprehensive experiment of pharmaceutical engineering”, to cultivate students’ abilities in pharmaceutical field such as drug research and development, drug manufacture, and drug quality control. The comprehensive experiment course was conducted under the theme of “Research on the extraction and preparation process of rutin”. Through the process of making experiment plan, carrying out experiment operation, writing and reporting experiment report, let students improve enthusiasm to their majors, cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and rigorous scientific thinking, and improve students’ teamwork ability in the meanwhile.更多还原
