【摘要】 目的 探讨阿卡波糖联合恩格列净治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制效果及对血脂水平的影响。方法 选取2020年10月至2024年10月信阳市中医院收治的T2DM患者220例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为阿卡波糖组(阿卡波糖治疗)和联合组(阿卡波糖联合恩格列净治疗)，每组各110例。治疗12周后，比较两组疗效、血糖水平、血脂水平、胰岛细胞功能及不良反应发生率。结果 联合组治疗总有效率高于阿卡波糖组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组FPG、2 hPG、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低，且联合组低于阿卡波糖组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低，且联合组低于阿卡波糖组；两组HDL-C水平均升高，且联合组高于阿卡波糖组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组空腹胰岛素和胰岛素样生长因子-1水平均升高，且联合组高于阿卡波糖组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 阿卡波糖联合恩格列净治疗T2DM患者疗效显著，能够有效改善患者血糖、血脂水平和胰岛细胞功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of acarbose combined with empagliflozin on blood glucose control and blood lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 220 patients with T2DM admitted to Xinyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled between October 2020 and October 2024.According to random number table method,they were divided into acarbose group (acarbose treated,110 cases) and combination group (acarbose combined with empagliflozin treated,110 cases).After 12 weeks of treatment,curative effect,blood glucose,blood lipid levels,islet cell function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that in acarbose group (P<0.05).After treatment,levels of FPG,2 hPG and glycated hemoglobin were decreased in both groups,which were lower in combination group than acarbose group (P<0.05).After treatment,levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were decreased in both groups,which were lower in combination group than acarbose group,while HDL-C was increased,which was higher in combination group than acarbose group (P<0.05).After treatment,levels of fasting insulin and insulin-like growth factor-1 were increased in both groups,which were higher in combination group than acarbose group (P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of acarbose combined with empagliflozin is significant in patients with T2DM,which can effectively improve blood glucose,blood lipid levels and islet cell function.更多还原
