【摘要】 目的 探讨少腹逐瘀方的中成药、汤剂及其随证加减辅助治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效和安全性，为子宫内膜异位症临床治疗方案的选择提供依据。方法 基于9个中英文数据库，检索少腹逐瘀方的中成药、汤剂及其随证加减联合西药治疗子宫内膜异位症的随机对照试验文献。筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入文献的偏倚风险，使用STATA 15.0软件对结局指标数据进行网状Meta分析。结果 共纳入16项临床随机对照试验，包括1 528例患者。相对于单纯西医治疗，联用少腹逐瘀方的颗粒剂[RR=1.20，95% CI(1.14，1.27)，P<0.05]、其随证加减[RR=1.14，95% CI(1.06，1.22)，P<0.05]和汤剂[RR=1.20，95% CI(1.06，1.36)，P<0.05]均能显著提高临床有效率。联合少腹逐瘀方的汤剂[MD=7.70，95% CI(0.90，14.49)，P<0.05]给药后CA125水平显著高于联合其颗粒剂。有效率、给药后CA125和不良反应三个结局指标排序结果均为颗粒剂最佳；在复发率方面，少腹逐瘀方的颗粒剂(SUCRA，74.1%)及其随证加减(SUCRA，74.9%)可为并列最佳。结论 少腹逐瘀方的中成药、汤剂及其随证加减辅助治疗子宫内膜异位症明显优于单纯西医治疗方案，其中可优先选择少腹逐瘀颗粒剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of shaofu zhuyu Chinese patent medicines,shaofu zhuyu decoction,and modified shaofu zhuyu decoction,as adjuvant therapies for endometriosis by network Meta-analysis,and provide evidence for the optimization of clinical therapy.Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of shaofu zhuyu Chinese patent medicines,shaofu zhuyu decoction,and modified shaofu zhuyu decoction in the treatment of endometriosis were searched from 9 Chinese and English electronic databases.Two researchers independently conducted the study selection,extracted data,and assessed the quality of the included studies.The data were analyzed by STATA 15.0 software.Results A total of 1 528 patients were included in 16 RCTs.Network Meta-analysis results showed that,compared with western medicine therapy alone,the treatment in combination with shaofu zhuyu granules[RR=1.20,95% CI (1.14,1.27),P<0.05],modified shaofu zhuyu decoction[RR=1.14,95% CI (1.06,1.22),P<0.05],and shaofu zhuyu decoction[RR=1.20,95% CI (1.06,1.36),P<0.05],significantly improved the effective rate.The CA125 level was markedly higher after combination treatment with shaofu zhuyu decoction[MD=7.70,95% CI (0.90,14.49),P<0.05]than shaofu zhuyu granules.Probability ranking results showed that,in terms of three outcome measures including effective rate,CA125 level,and incidence of adverse reactions,shaofu zhuyu granules ranked the first as adjuvant therapy.As for recurrence rates,shaofu zhuyu granules (SUCRA,74.1%) were essentially tied in first place with modified shaofu zhuyu decoction (SUCRA,74.9%).Conclusion Shaofu zhuyu Chinese patent medicines,shaofu zhuyu decoction,and modified shaofu zhuyu decoction are more effective than western medicine therapy alone,with a preference for shaofu zhuyu granules.更多还原
