【摘要】 目的 观察藻酸盐填充外敷疗法治疗Wagner2期糖尿病足患者过程中应用复方黄柏液涂剂的效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2024年1月于新乡市第一人民医院收治的48例Wagner2期糖尿病足患者，依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予藻酸盐治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方黄柏液涂剂进行治疗，均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症指标（C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值、血小板与淋巴细胞比值）、创面情况及复发率等。结果 观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值、血小板与淋巴细胞比值水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后创面面积与创面深度均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 藻酸盐填充外敷疗法治疗Wagner2期糖尿病足患者过程中应用复方黄柏液涂剂能获得较好的治疗效果，可有效缓解炎症反应，促进创面恢复，且减少复发风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of alginate filling external application therapy in the treatment of patients with Wagner stage 2 diabetic foot with compound phellodendron embrocation. Methods Forty-eight patients with Wagner stage 2 diabetic foot who were admitted to Xinxiang First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group were treated with alginate, while the observation group were treated with compound phellodendron embrocation on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. After the treatment, the clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory indicators(C-reactive protein, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio), wound conditions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the levels of C-reactive protein, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio and platelet to lymphocyte ratio in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05); the wound area and depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of patients with Wagner stage 2 diabetic foot with compound phellodendron embrocation, the application of alginate filling external application therapy can achieve better therapeutic effects, effectively alleviate inflammatory responses, promote wound recovery, and reduce the risk of recurrence.更多还原
