【摘要】 随着医疗技术信息化以及药品监管制度的不断进步和完善，药品使用风险管理的制度和方法正逐步系统化与规范化。医疗机构作为药品使用风险管理责任主体，有必要不断完善自身管理体系。编写组基于国家相关政策，结合实践经验以及改良德尔菲法专家咨询意见，邀请相关领域的专家学者共同研讨，明确了药品使用风险管理的概念、原则，以及制度与组织建设、全流程管理等多方面内容，最终形成本共识，以期为医疗机构开展药品使用风险管理工作提供具体操作建议与实施策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advancement of medical informatics and the ongoing refinement of pharmaceutical regulatory systems in China,drug use risk management practices has become increasingly systematic and standardized.As the primary entities responsible for medication safety,medical institutions must continuously improve their internal risk management frameworks.Guided by national policy policies,informed by institutional practices,and incorporating expert consensus via a modified Delphi method,this document was developed through multidisciplinary collaboration.It clarifies core concepts and guiding principles of drug use risk management,and provides specific recommendations on system construction,process integration,and implementation strategies.This consensus aims to serve as a practical reference for enhancing drug safety governance in medical institutions.更多还原
