基于炸药单耗的地下采场爆破能耗模型
Predictive Modeling of Energy Consumption of Quarry Blasting in Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction
【摘要】 金属矿山地下矿物产出过程主要涉及爆破、碎矿和磨矿三个步骤,这三个步骤中能耗的分布显得相当不均衡。其中爆破作为矿石破碎最关键的一个环节,爆破效果将决定后续碎矿和磨矿阶段的能量消耗。在系统学领域,灰关联理论分析作为主要的理论分析手段被广泛应用。通过灰关联度分析,在众多影响爆破效果的相关因素中,确定了炸药单耗为关联度最高的关键因素,基于炸药单耗,选取平均块度和大块率作为影响爆破效果的因素进行能耗分析,将采场爆破环节所需的爆破成本代替能耗,建立了经济合理的采场爆破能耗模型F(D,t)。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the significant imbalance in the distribution of energy consumption among the three core stages of blasting,crushing and milling in the underground mining process of metal mines,the key role of the blasting stage was focused. It aimed to reveal the decisive influence of blasting effects on energy consumption in the subsequent stages. The ultimate goal was to establish an economically reasonable blasting energy consumption model by optimising the blasting parameters,to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the overall energy consumption of mine production. Grey Correlation Theory analysis was used as the core research method to construct an economically reasonable blasting energy consumption model,F(D,t),for the quarry. Among the results of grey correlation analysis,it is clearly shown that among the many factors affecting the blasting effect,the explosives unit consumption has the highest correlation and is identified as the key factor,while the average block size and the large block rate are selected as the core indices for evaluating the blasting effect. By considering the blasting cost as an effective alternative index of energy consumption,an economically reasonable energy consumption model,F(D,t),for quarry blasting was successfully constructed,providing an important theoretical basis for mine production.
