Ⅳ族及Ⅵ族过渡金属改性金刚石表面的热力学分析及应用

【摘要】 为探究常用Ⅳ族及Ⅵ族过渡金属对金刚石表面的改性过程,分别对Ti、Zr;Cr、W和Mo与金刚石之间的反应进行了热力学分析和平衡组成计算,初步得到金刚石改性实验的反应条件及主要产物。以热力学分析结果为基础,采用盐浴法对金刚石表面进行改性,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析金刚石表面的物相和形貌变化。证实了Ⅳ族的Ti、Zr金属以及Ⅵ族的Cr、W和Mo金属均能够与金刚石表面发生反应形成碳化物,并实现金刚石颗粒的连续完整包覆,其镀层主要成分分别为TiC;ZrC;Cr3C2、Cr7C3;WC和Mo2C。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the modification of diamond surface using common transition metals in Ⅳ group transition metals(Ti and Zr) and Ⅵ group transition metals(Cr,W and Mo),the thermodynamics and the equilibrium composition of the reactions between Ti,Zr,Cr,W,Mo and diamond were carried out. The reaction conditions and main products of diamond modification experiment were obtained. Based on thermodynamic analysis,the diamond particles were modified by salt bath method. The phase and morphology changes on the diamond surface were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM). It is proved that the transition metals in Ⅳ group transition metals(Ti,Zr) and Ⅵ group transition metals(Cr,Mo,W) could react with the diamond surface to form carbides. Continuous and complete coatings are successfully formed. The main components of the coating are TiC;ZrC;Cr3C2,Cr7C3;WC and Mo2C,respectively.
