【摘要】 目的 调查研究某院经食道超声心动图探头清洗消毒现状和存在的问题，探讨清洗消毒及储存效果。方法 选取本院胸外科100例患者手术过程中检查用的经食道超声心动图探头为研究对象。对清洗消毒后立即、储存中12h的经食道超声心动图探头进行采样，检测细菌的总数，并对检测到的细菌进行培养鉴定。结果 共采集200份样本，腔镜中心清洗消毒后及储存中的检测合格率均明显提高；两种不同清洗消毒方法、两种不同储存方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌培养鉴定结果，使用科室清洗消毒及储存检出菌中有少量为条件致病菌。腔镜中心清洗消毒后及储存中均未检出细菌，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经食道超声心动图探头由医院腔镜中心统一规范化管理可以提高清洗消毒后和储存过程中的质量，可针对因此项检查可能导致的医院感染提供防控措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and study the current situation and existing problems of cleaning and disinfection of transesophageal echocardiography probes in a certain hospital, and to explore the effectiveness of cleaning, disinfection and storage. Methods 100 patients in the thoracic surgery department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects using transesophageal echocardiography probes for examination during the surgical process. Samples were taken from transesophageal echocardiography probes that were immediately cleaned and disinfected and stored for 12 hours to detect the total number of bacteria, and cultured and identified the detected bacteria. Results A total of 200 samples were collected. The pass rates of the tests after cleaning and disinfection at the endoscope center and during storage was significantly improved. There was a statistically significant difference between the two different cleaning and disinfection methods and the two different storage methods(P<0.05). The bacterial culture identification results showed that a small amount of conditionally pathogenic bacteria were detected in the laboratory cleaning, disinfection and storage. No bacteria were detected during the cleaning, disinfection and storage of the endoscope center.,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The unified and standardized management of transesophageal echocardiography probes by the hospital endoscopy center can improve the quality of cleaning, disinfection and storage processes, and can provide prevention and control measures for hospital infections that may be caused by this examination.更多还原
