电解沉积法从解吸贵液中回收金的试验研究

【摘要】 针对全泥氰化炭浆提金工艺中存在的载金炭解吸电积率低、系统管路易堵塞、拆换筛网频繁等问题,本文在分析电解沉积机理的基础上,通过考察解吸电积作业的电积效果,分析电解沉积的影响因素,并进行了工艺改进。经改造优化后,金的电积率由原来的42.10%提升至98.33%,提升了56.23%,可大幅降低后序处理成本。

【Abstract】 The process of extracting gold from all-slime cyanide carbon slurry faces several challenges, including a low desorption electro-potential ratio of gold-loaded carbon, frequent clogging of system pipes, and the need for regular disassembly and replacement of screens. To address these issues, we implemented process improvements based on an analysis of the electrolytic deposition mechanism. This involved investigating the electrowinning effects of the desorption electrowinning operation and analyzing the factors that influence electrolytic deposition. After transformation and optimization, the electro-potential ratio of gold increased from 42.10% to98.33%, resulting in a range increase of 56.23%. This change significantly reduces the post-order cost.
