【摘要】 本研究尝试构建国际中文教育政策“论框—论域—论题”三维体系，创新性提出“六环三核”整合分析框架，深化政策理论的解释力，推动该领域研究实现根本性转型。本研究通过划分地位、本体、教育、形象、话语、数治规划六大功能性论域，实现研究领域结构化；建立宏观—中观—微观—内观—外观“五观”论题视角，提出论题的转化路径。本研究的核心价值在于推动国际中文教育政策研究实现三重转型：即论框从直接套用转向整合建构，论域从模糊不清转向功能结构化，论题从碎片化转向体系化，以期为国际中文教育政策科学化实践奠定方法论基础并提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study attempts to construct a three-dimensional research system of “framework-domain-theme” for the international Chinese language education policy, aiming to achieve a fundamental transformation in this field of study.Its innovation is centered on the “six-aspect and three-core integrated analytical framework”, which is creatively proposed to enhance the explanatory power of the policy theory.Furthermore, it structurally divides the research field into six functional domains: status, noumenon, education, image, discourse, and digital governance planning, thereby achieving the functional structuring of the research domain.Lastly, it establishes a five-lens thematic perspective, namely, macro, meso, micro, internal, and external perspectives, and proposes an approach for thematic transformation.The core value of this study lies in promoting three major shifts in the research on the international Chinese language education policy: a shift of the research framework from the direct adoption to integrated construction; a shift of the research domain from ambiguity to functional structuring; a shift of the research theme from fragmentation to systematization, which ultimately aims to lay a methodological foundation and provide some theoretical support for the scientific practice of the international Chinese language education policy.更多还原
