基于主成分分析的5个玉米外引自交系应用潜力评价
Evaluation of the Application Potential of Five Exotic Maize Inbred Lines Based on Principal Component Analysis
【摘要】 为拓宽玉米种质资源,引进、利用外来种质,以引进种质2022W6~2022W10为父本作被测系,丹3140、PH6WC、J1595、J1598、J1029、J1516、郑58共7份骨干自交系作测验种,按照NC-Ⅱ设计,组配成35份杂交组合,对产量、品质、抗倒伏等性状进行主成分分析。结果表明,载荷值排名前5的性状分别为穗重、单株产量、行粒数、株高、穗粗,表明产量性状在评价中更具代表性。M2(2022W7)杂交组合产量性状整体表现较好,其中LF11(J1598×2022W7)在主成分分析图中位置与产量性状相近,在第一主成分中载荷值为4.22,产量表现最好。
【Abstract】 To broaden the maize germplasm resources and introduce and use exotic inbred lines, using2022W6 to 2022W10 as the test lines, backbone inbred lines Dan 3140, PH6 WC, J1595, J1598, J1029, J1516 and Zheng58 as the test lines were combined to form 35 hybrid combinations according to NC-Ⅱ design. Principal component analysis was performed for yield, quality, lodging resistance and other traits. The results showed that the top five traits with load values were ear weight, yield per plant, number of grains per row, plant height, and ear diameter,indicating that yield traits were more representative in the evaluation. The LF11(J1598 × 2022W7) was similar to yield trait in the principal component analysis chart, and had the best yield performance with a load value of 4.22 in the first principal component.
