直线加速器血液辐照的标准化流程和质量控制体系的建立

【摘要】 目的 利用直线加速器建立血液辐照的标准化流程和质量控制体系,以实现精准、安全、高效的血液辐照。方法 以加速器自带的锥形束CT(CBCT)校准水箱作为辐照箱,设计标准辐照流程和质量控制措施,处方剂量为25 Gy,同传统辐照(血袋上下方放置固体水)进行比较,评估剂量分布、辐照效率及质量控制效果。结果 标准辐照中,血袋受量均匀,最小剂量达到25.0 Gy,而传统辐照中血袋的最小剂量为16.3 Gy。标准辐照的出束时间为4.57 min,略长于传统辐照的4.10 min。标准辐照的质控措施包括辐照前的设备检测和摆位验证、辐照中的剂量监测和辐照后的辐照指示,保障了辐照安全性与准确性。结论 建立的直线加速器血液辐照标准流程和质量控制体系可显著提高辐照的精度与安全,解决目前辐照设备短缺问题。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a standardized process and quality control system for blood irradiation by using a linear accelerator, aiming to achieve precise, safe and efficient blood irradiation. Methods With the use of the cone beam CT(CBCT) calibration water tank provided by the accelerator as the irradiation chamber, standard irradiation procedures and quality control measures were designed. The prescription dose was 25 Gy. Compared with traditional irradiation(solid water placed above and below the blood bag), the dose distribution, irradiation efficiency and quality control effect were evaluated. Results In the standard irradiation, the blood bag received uniform dose, and the minimum dose reached 25.0 Gy, while the minimum dose in the traditional irradiation was 16.3 Gy. The emission time of standard irradiation was 4.57 minutes, slightly longer than the 4.10 minutes of traditional irradiation. The quality control measures for standard irradiation included equipment testing and positioning verification before irradiation, dose monitoring during irradiation, and irradiation indication after irradiation, ensuring irradiation safety and accuracy. Conclusion The standard process and quality control system for blood irradiation using a linear accelerator established can significantly improve irradiation accuracy and safety, and solve the current shortage of irradiation equipment.
