基于二维码识别技术的智能化管理模式在重症监护室设备管理中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨基于二维码识别技术的智能化管理模式在重症监护室设备管理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析重症监护室2023年7月至2024年8月正常在用的353台设备资料。2023年7月至2024年1月采用常规管理模式,2024年1月至8月采用基于二维码识别技术的智能化管理模式。比较两种管理模式的设备管理效率(包括信息查询时间、台账匹配率、正确归位率)、设备维护质量(包括维护合格率、故障率、故障处理时间)及设备操作安全性(包括设备操作安全评分和操作不当引发的不良事件发生率)。结果 智能化管理模式的设备信息查询时间、故障处理时间短于常规管理模式,台账匹配率和正确归位率、设备维护合格率、设备操作安全评分高于常规管理模式,故障率、操作不当引发的不良事件发生率低于常规管理模式(P<0.05)。结论 基于二维码识别技术的智能化管理模式可提高重症监护室设备管理效率、维护质量及操作安全性。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of the intelligent management mode based on two-dimensional code recognition technology in the equipment management of the intensive care unit. Methods With the retrospective analysis of data on 353 devices in use in the intensive care unit from July 2023 to August 2024, the conventional management mode was adopted from July 2023 to January 2024, and the intelligent management mode based on two-dimensional code recognition technology was adopted from January to August 2024. The equipment management efficiency(including information query time, ledger matching rate, and correct return rate), equipment maintenance quality(including maintenance qualification rate, failure rate, and failure handling time), and equipment operation safety(including equipment operation safety score and incidence of adverse events caused by improper operation) between the two management modes were compared. Results The time for equipment information query and fault handling in the intelligent management mode was shorter than that in the conventional management mode; The matching rate of the ledger and correct return rate, the qualification rate of equipment maintenance, and the safety score of equipment operation were higher than those of the conventional management mode; The failure rate and incidence of adverse events caused by improper operation were lower than those in the conventional management mode(P<0.05). Conclusion The intelligent management mode based on twodimensional code recognition technology can improve the efficiency of equipment management, maintenance quality, and operational safety in intensive care units.
