【摘要】 国内大部分护士因继发性应激损伤等心理健康问题导致的离职现象日益凸显。实习护生作为即将进入临床阶段的准护士，在此期间不仅面临着从理论向实践的过渡，还面临着就业的压力，这些因素影响着护生对于护士的职业认同。在这一背景下，心理弹性作为一种重要的保护性因素，能帮助实习护生更好地应对压力与创伤。本文针对实习护生的心理弹性，从定义、现状、影响因素及干预性研究进展等方面进行综述，并总结国内外实习护生的心理弹性现状及发展趋势，探讨现有研究的不足及展望，以期为提高我国实习护生的心理弹性提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The turnover of most nurses in China due to mental health problems such as secondary stress injury has become increasingly prominent. As a prospective nurse who is about to enter the clinical stage,intern nursing students are not only facing the transition from theory to practice, but also facing the pressure of employment. These factors affect the professional identity of nursing students. In this context, resilience as an important protective factor, can help nursing students better cope with stress and trauma. In this paper,the psychological resilience of nursing students is reviewed from the aspects of definition, current situation,influencing factors and intervention research progress. The current situation and development trend of psychological resilience of intern nursing students at home and abroad are summarized, and the shortcomings and prospects of existing research are discussed in order to provide reference for improving the psychological resilience of nursing students in China.更多还原
