【摘要】 目的 观察概念重建认知护理结合情感音乐调配疗法对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）患者希望水平与健康行为的影响。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年1月就诊于我院的98例急性心肌梗死PCI患者，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、试验组，各49例。对照组接受急性心肌梗死PCI常规护理，试验组在此基础上加用概念重建认知护理结合情感音乐调配疗法干预。比较两组的各项观察指标。结果 护理后，试验组的希望水平、疾病管理认知度、健康行为评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组出院后12个月内的心血管事件总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 概念重建认知护理结合情感音乐调配疗法应用于急性心肌梗死PCI患者中有利于其希望水平、疾病管理认知度、健康行为水平的提升，可降低心血管事件发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influences of concept reconstruction cognitive nursing combined with emotional music modulation therapy on hope level and health behavior of patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods A total of 98 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received PCI routine nursing for acute myocardial infarction. On this basis, the experimental group was received with concept reconstruction cognitive nursing combined with emotional music modulation therapy. The observation indexes of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the hope level, disease management awareness and health behavior scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of cardiovascular events within 12 months after discharge in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The con cept reconstruction cognitive nursing combined with emotional music modulation therapy applied in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI is beneficial to improvement of their hope level, disease management awareness, health behavior level, and can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.更多还原
