【Abstract】 Acute myocardial infarction is a critical condition caused by acute obstruction of the coronary arteries, leading to insufficient blood supply to the myocardial region. Patients presenting with atypical symptoms as the initial manifestation are prone to misdiagnosis or delayed treatment, and delayed revascularization can directly impact patient prognosis. This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with acute myocardial infarction whose primary symptom was sudden ear pain, aiming to provide clinical insights for the identification and management of such cases with atypical symptoms.更多还原
