【摘要】 目的 探讨基于PDSA循环提升检验危急值通报及时率的改进效果。方法 收集石河子大学第一附属医院实施PDSA循环管理前（2023年4月至6月）与实施PDSA循环管理后（2023年10月至12月）的检验危急值通报情况。通过绘制鱼骨图，找出检验危急值通报及时率低的原因；制作柏拉图查找真因并采取有效措施，进而提升检验危急值通报及时率。结果 经PDSA循环管理，我院检验危急值通报及时率由实施前的58.36%提升到实施后的96.53%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 运用PDSA循环管理可以有效提升检验危急值通报及时率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the improvement effect of the timeliness rate of critical value notification based on the PDSA cycle. Methods The inspection critical value notifications before the implementation of PDSA cycle management(April to June 2023) and after the implementation of PDSA cycle management(October to December 2023) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University were collected. By drawing the fishbone diagram, find out the reasons for the low timeliness of the critical value notification; make Plato to find the true cause and take effective measures to improve the timely rate of inspection critical value notification. Results After PDSA cycle management, the timely rate of critical value notification in our hospital increased from 58.36% before implementation to 96.53% after implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
