【摘要】 目的 基于真实世界数据分析穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床效果。方法 收集2020年12月至2023年3月陕西省中医医院针灸四科门诊确诊的78例FD患者，脱落7例，最终纳入71例，患者均采取穴位埋线治疗，每7 d埋线1次，共治疗4次。分别于每次治疗前及治疗结束后1个月（共5次）进行疗效评估。结果 治疗后1个月的治疗总有效率为64.79%，高于疗程结束时的47.89%(P<0.05)。同时，所有患者单次治疗后的症状严重程度、疾病发作频次以及焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分较前均有所下降，且随着治疗次数的增加，其严重程度、发作频次、SAS评分呈逐渐下降趋势（P<0.05）；但36项简明健康调查问卷（SF-36）评分治疗前后无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 穴位埋线治疗FD切实有效，尤其在改善患者症状严重程度、疾病发作频次及焦虑情绪方面效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD) based on real world data. Methods From December 2020 to March 2023, 78 FD patients diagnosed in the No.4 acupuncture outpatient of Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine were collected, 7 cases were lost, and 71 cases were finally included. All patients were treated with acupoint catgut embedding, once every 7 days, for a total of 4 times. The efficacy was evaluated before each treatment and 1 month after treatment(5 times in total). Results The total effective rate at 1 month after treatment was 64.79%, which was higher than 47.89% at the end of treatment(P<0.05). At the same time, the severity of symptoms, the frequency of disease attacks, and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score of all patients after a single treatment were lower than those before treatment, and as the number of treatments increased, the severity, frequency of attacks, and SAS score gradually decreased(P<0.05); however, there was no significant difference in the Short Form 36-Item Questionnaire(SF-36) score before and after treatment( P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding is effective in the treatment of FD, especially in improving the severity of symptoms, the frequency of disease attacks and anxiety.更多还原
