【摘要】 报道1例不可切除性晚期肝细胞癌（HCC）患者行抗肿瘤综合治疗的诊治经验。该患者通过多种影像学检查确诊为晚期HCC，已无手术指征。经多学科会诊（MDT）后，决定给予索拉非尼分子靶向治疗联合卡瑞利珠单抗免疫治疗，辅以保肝、营养支持等对症支持治疗，最终患者的生活质量明显改善、生存时间明显延长。目前关于晚期HCC患者行抗肿瘤综合治疗的详细报道较少，现将此患者详细的诊断与治疗过程加以整理并报道，希望为此类患者的临床诊治提供些许参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diagnosis and treatment experience of a patient with unresectable advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) treated with anti-tumor comprehensive therapy was reported. The patient was diagnosed with advanced HCC through a variety of imaging examinations, and there was no surgery indication. After multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT), it was decided to give sorafenib molecular targeted therapy combined with caelizumab immunotherapy, supplemented by symptomatic and supportive treatment such as liver protection and nutritional support. Finally, the quality of life of the patient was significantly improved and the survival time was significantly prolonged. At present, there are few detailed reports on the comprehensive anti-tumor treatment of patients with advanced HCC. The detailed diagnosis and treatment process of this patient is now sorted out and reported, hoping to provide some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of such patients.更多还原
