【摘要】 目的 探讨基于5E康复模式的延续护理在A型主动脉夹层(AD)术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年7月至2024年5月青岛大学附属医院心血管外科收治的98例A型AD术后患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和干预组，每组49例。对照组给予常规延续护理，干预组给予基于5E康复模式的延续护理。比较两组的自护能力、依从性、护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果 护理后，两组的自护能力各维度评分高于护理前，且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的总依从率和护理满意度高于对照组，不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于5E康复模式的延续护理可有效提高A型AD术后患者的自护能力、依从性、护理满意度，降低不良事件发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on 5E rehabilitation model in patients with type A aortic dissection(AD) after operation. Methods A total of 98 patients with type A AD after operation admitted in the cardiovascular surgery department of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from July 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine continuous nursing, while the intervention group received continuous nursing based on 5E rehabilitation model. The self-care ability, compliance, nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of each dimension of self-care ability in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in the intervention group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). The total compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing based on 5E rehabilitation model can effectively improved the self-care ability, compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with type A AD after operation,reduced the incidence of adverse events.更多还原
