【摘要】 目的 总结1例双侧全膝关节同期置换术患者的护理要点。方法 实施围术期评估，采用加速康复外科（ERAS）理念联合“互联网+延续性护理”，全程给予患者围术期个性化护理等措施。结果 患者经过11 d住院治疗及精心护理，住院期间未出现并发症，术后6 d治愈出院。结论 ERAS联合“互联网+延续性护理”在1例双侧全膝关节同期置换术患者中的应用效果显著，患者恢复良好，随访结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing points of a patient with bilateral total knee arthroplasty at the same time. Methods The perioperative evaluation was implemented, the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) combined with "Internet+ continuous nursing" was adopted, and the patients were given perioperative personalized nursing and other measures. Results After 11 d of residential treatment and careful nursing, no complications occurred during hospitalization, and the patient was cured and discharged at 6 d after operation. Conclusion ERAS combined with "Internet + continuous nursing" applied in a patient undergoing bilateral total knee arthroplasty at the same time has a significant effect, and the patient recovered well with satisfactory follow-up results.更多还原
