【Abstract】 The essence of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion is that the mandible is in a posteriorly retracted position relative to the maxilla,which will affect the patient’s chewing function,facial appearance and mental health.For children with skeletal Class Ⅱmalocclusion during the growth and development period,early orthodontic treatment can promote the normal development of the jaw and dental occlusion,and restore the good orofacial system function and the soft and hard tissue morphology of the teeth and face of the children.This study aims to review the early orthodontic treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion in children,including the causes of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion and the existing treatment methods,and explore the potential application of artificial intelligence.By analyzing the latest research results,exploring effective treatment strategies,it is expected to provide reference for clinical practice.更多还原
