【摘要】 目的 了解医务工作者对医院廉政文化的认知与需求，为加强医院廉政文化建设提供参考依据。方法 自制“医院廉政文化建设调研”问卷，以某三级甲等公立医院医务工作者为调查对象开展问卷调查，采用描述性分析反映医院廉政文化建设的现状以及医务工作者对医院廉政文化建设的态度。结果 不同岗位、工作年限、职称的医院职工对廉政文化建设均高度认同；医院廉政文化建设对医院职工在强化廉政观念、增进监督意识、认同廉政共建、丰富精神生活等方面有较大帮助。结论 医务人员对廉政文化有较高的认知，对医院廉政文化建设有较好的体验感。建议医院廉政文化建设在“形神兼备”“借势发力”双要素上赋能，凝聚自上而下和由院及家的双合力，建成体系监督和专项监督双网络，从而发挥对医院高质量发展的正向作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the thinking and needs of medical workers for the culture of clean government, thus providing references for a further fostering. Methods A self-made questionnaire about the culture of clean government in the hospital was used to survey healthcare providers in a tertiary public hospital. Descriptive data were used to quantify the current status and attitudes towards the culture of clean government. Results Healthcare providers with various positions, working years, and professional titles all highly recognized the construction of a clean government culture. It favored in strengthening their concepts of clean government, increasing their awareness of supervision, recognizing the co-construction of a clean government, and enriching their spiritual lives. Conclusion Healthcare providers have a high awareness and good experience of the culture of clean government. It is recommended to empower both physical and spiritual, and taking advantage of the situation, gather top-down and joint efforts from the hospital and the family, and build a dual network of system supervision and special supervision, so as to exert a strong positive influence on the high-quality development.更多还原
