【摘要】 1939年毛泽东在《<共产党人>发刊词》中首次把党的建设称作“伟大的工程”,明确提出了党的建设的总目标和总任务。针对当时党的建设面临的严峻问题和实际需要，毛泽东创造性地把党的建设提到战略高度，不但拓展了党的建设内容，更奠定了党的建设“伟大工程”的基本框架。着重从思想上建党是毛泽东建党思想的重要特色，加强党的组织建设和作风建设构成了毛泽东党建思想的主要内容，毛泽东党建思想的丰富内容成为了新时代党的建设新的伟大工程的重要思想源泉之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1939, Mao Zedong first referred to the construction of CPC as a “great project” in his Preface to The Communist, explicitly outlining its overarching goals and tasks. Addressing the severe challenges and practical needs of Party construction at the time, Mao Zedong creatively elevated Party building to a strategic level, not only expanding its scope but also laying the foundational framework for this great project. Emphasizing ideological construction was a distinctive feature of Mao Zedong’s Party-building philosophy. Strengthening organizational and work style construction formed the core of his thought of Party building. The rich content of Mao Zedong’s Party-building ideology remains one of the key intellectual sources for the new great project of Party construction in the new era.更多还原
