【摘要】 超声引导下肝脏肿瘤热消融术作为一种微创且疗效确切的肿瘤治疗技术，其规范化护理是保障手术安全与提升治疗效果的关键。目前，该技术在全流程的关键护理实践仍待进一步标准化落实及推广。本规范由广东省精准应用学会分子影像分会、广东省护理学会超声护理专委会与广东省护理学会介入超声专委会骨干共同编写，联合国内相关领域专家，基于循证证据与临床实践及广东省精准医学应用学会提出并归口管理的团体标准《超声引导下肝脏肿瘤热消融术护理操作规程》，共同制定了《超声引导下肝脏肿瘤热消融术护理实践规范》。本规范系统阐述了术前护理评估与准备、术中精准配合与监护、术后并发症观察及健康教育等核心内容，旨在为临床护理人员提供标准化、可操作的实践指引，以规范护理行为，保障患者安全，促进术后康复，提高护理操作的规范性与同质性，并推动超声介入护理学科的高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a minimally invasive and clinically effective tumor treatment technique, ultrasound-guided thermal ablation for liver tumors requires standardized nursing care, which is key to ensuring procedural safety and improving therapeutic outcomes. Currently, key nursing practices throughout the entire process still need further standardization, implementation, and promotion. This guideline was jointly developed by core members of the Molecular Imaging Branch of the Guangdong Precision Medicine Application Association, the Interventional Ultrasound Committee of the Guangdong Nursing Association, and the Ultrasound Nursing Committee, in collaboration with nursing experts from related fields across China. Based on evidence-based research, clinical practice, and the group standard Nursing Operation Procedures for Ultrasound-Guided Thermal Ablation of Liver Tumors(proposed and managed by the Guangdong Precision Medicine Application Association), the Nursing Practice Guideline for Ultrasound-Guided Thermal Ablation of Liver Tumors has been formulated. The authors of this guideline systematically elaborate on core aspects, including preoperative nursing assessment and preparation, intraoperative precise coordination and monitoring, postoperative complication observation, and health education. It aims to provide standardized and actionable practical guidance for clinical nurses, standardize nursing practices, ensure patient safety, promote postoperative recovery, enhance the standardization and consistency of nursing operations, and facilitate the high-quality development of ultrasound interventional nursing as a discipline.更多还原
