太阳能无人机用高强度粘接胶的研制与应用

【摘要】 采用六甲基硅氮烷、单端烷氧基硅油(DS-201)、自制硅烷改性剂(T-2)分别对比表面积为150、380 m~2/g的气相法白炭黑进行表面改性处理。通过红外光谱和接触角测试表征了改性效果,并将改性后的气相法白炭黑用于太阳能无人机用有机硅粘接胶的制备。结果表明,T-2改性的G-8气相法白炭黑能够有效降低有机硅粘接胶的黏度,提高其操作性,增强其与基材的界面粘接性,常温下的90°剥离强度达15.0 N/cm,高低温下的90°剥离强度均大于6.0 N/cm。同时,当G-8用量为40份时,粘接胶的综合性能达到最优,此时拉伸强度可达6.4 MPa,断裂伸长率达650%,黏度为3.5×10~5 mPa·s。

【Abstract】 The surface modification treatment was carried out on fumed silica with surface areas of 150 m~2/g and 380 m~2/g respectively, using hexamethylsilazane, mono-end alkoxy silicone oil(DS-201), and self-made silane modifier(T-2).The modification was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and contact angle test, and the modified fumed silica was used in the preparation of silicone adhesive for solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicles. The results show that T-2 modified G-8 fumed silica can effectively reduce the viscosity of the silicone adhesive, improve its operability, and enhance its interfacial adhesion to the substrate. The 90° peel strength at room temperature reaches 15.0 N/cm, and the 90° peel strength at both high and low temperatures are greater than 6.0 N/cm. Meanwhile, when G-8 is 40 phr, the comprehensive properties of the adhesive reach their optimum, with a tensile strength of 6.4 MPa, the elongation at break of 650%, and a viscosity of 3.5×10~5 mPa·s.
