【摘要】 目的:基于WHO ICOPE筛查工具,开发一款适合中国老年人使用的内在能力筛查系统,并进行初步应用评价。方法:基于我国初级卫生保健的老年人内在能力筛查的现状,以及老年人实际使用WHO ICOPE筛查工具进行内在能力筛查过程中存在的可用性问题进行了需求分析和工具优化,设计和实现了老年人内在能力筛查系统。结果:老年人内在能力筛查系统在任务完成有效性、效率和用户满意度方面均表现优异。结论:该系统达到设计目的,具有较高的可用性,有效解决了原筛查工具存在的可用性问题。系统操作简便、筛查快速、结果可靠,是一款适合中国老年人进行自评的移动端内在能力筛查工具。

【Abstract】 Objective Based on the WHO ICOPE screening tool, develop an internal ability screening system suitable for elderly people in China and conduct a preliminary application evaluation. Methods Based on the current situation of internal ability screening for elderly people in primary healthcare in China, as well as the usability issues in the actual use of WHO ICOPE screening tools for internal ability screening among elderly people, a needs analysis and tool optimization were conducted. Based on this, an internal ability screening system for elderly people was designed and implemented. Results The screening system for the intrinsic abilities of the elderly performs excellently in terms of task completion effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Conclusion The system has achieved the design goal with high usability and effectively solved the usability problem of the original screening tool. The system is easy to operate, screening is fast, and the results are reliable. It is a mobile internal ability screening tool suitable for Chinese elderly people to conduct self-assessment.
