【摘要】 目的：对中医古籍中的症状术语建立近义关系,为中医数据挖掘、临床研究与智能诊疗提供术语参考。方法：以中医古籍为原始数据,人工标注古籍症状术语,依据《中医诊断学》《中医临床基本症状信息分类与代码》等行业标准及专著整理标准词,分类、归纳近义词,形成中医古籍症状近义词数据库。随机抽取500对“标准词-近义词”词对形成问卷,邀请业内专家评价并分析其内容效度。结果：从医经类、伤寒金匮类、方剂类、中药类、医案类、诊断类、综合性医著、针灸类等8类古籍中提取症状术语,形成16 456个“标准词-近义词”词对。量表内容效度指数（I-CVI）约为0.82。结论：该研究构建的中医术语近义词词对准确性较高；中医古籍近义词数据库可促进临床经验传承与研究,提高数据挖掘的准确性与深度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the near-synonymous relationship between symptom terms in ancient Chinese medical books, and to provide terminological references for data mining, clinical research and intelligent diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine. Methods Based on the original data of ancient Chinese medical books, the symptom terms were manually annotated, standard words were sorted out according to industry standards and monographs such as Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Classification and Code of Basic Clinical symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine Information, and synonyms were classified and summarized to form the antonym database of ancient TCM books symptoms. 500 pairs of "standard-synonyms" words were randomly selected to form a questionnaire,and experts were invited to evaluate and analyze their content validity. Results 16, 456 pairs of "standard wordssynonyms" were formed by extracting symptom terms from 8 types of ancient Chinese medical books, including medical classics, typhoid fever classics, prescriptions, traditional Chinese medicines, Medical cases, diagnosis,comprehensive medical writings and acupuncture. The content validity index(I-CVI) was about 0.82. Conclusion The accuracy of the synonyms of TCM terms constructed in this study is high. The synonym database of ancient TCM books can promote the inheritance and research of clinical experience, and improve the accuracy and depth of data mining.更多还原
