活性染料预轧碱印花工艺中碱剂的作用机制

【摘要】 在活性染料纤维素纤维织物印花时,为提高色浆中活性染料耐水解稳定性,从而提高活性染料的固色率,对织物采用预轧碱方式进行施碱。试验采用碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、硅酸钠和磷酸三钠等4种常规碱剂,系统研究碱剂对织物pH、吸湿性和印花固色率的影响。在此基础上,配制专用碱剂,实现对织物碱度的精准调控,以满足高、低浓度色浆对织物碱度的差异化要求,从而获得高固色率印花的效果。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the hydrolysis-resistant stability of reactive dyes in color paste, so as to improve the fixation of reactive dyes, alkali-pretreated printing is carried out in reactive dye printing of cellulose fiber fabrics. Four conventional alkalis of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium silicate and trisodium phosphate are used, to systematically study the effects of alkali on fabric pH value, hygroscopicity and color fixation.On this basis, special alkali agent is prepared to realize the precise control of fabric alkalinity and meet the different requirements of high and low concentration color paste on fabric alkalinity, therefore, the effect of highfixation printing can be realized.
