基于多重氢键网络与动态二硫键聚氨酯基涂层剂的制备与应用

【摘要】 以聚乙二醇(PEG)为软段,4,4′-二异氰酸酯二环己基甲烷(HMDI)为硬段,己二酸二酰肼(ADH)与4,4′-二氨基二苯二硫醚(DADPS)为扩链剂,采用一锅法成功合成了具有自愈合性能的聚氨酯,并通过掺杂1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑啉双(三氟甲基磺酰基)亚胺([EMIM][TFSI])离子液体开发出多功能织物涂层剂。结果显示:当n(ADH)∶n(DADPS)>1时,涂层处理可显著提升涤纶织物的力学性能,涤纶织物SPUA-T的断裂应力和延伸率分别达坯布的1.7倍和1.88倍;当n(ADH)∶n(DADPS)≤1时,材料展现出优异的自愈合性能(80℃下3 h可完全修复划痕)。该涂层剂不仅赋予织物良好的热稳定性和抗穿刺性,还具有精准的手指和手腕运动信号监测功能。

【Abstract】 Using polyethylene glycol(PEG) as the soft segment and 4,4′-diisocyanate dicyclohexylmethane(HMDI) as the hard segment, adipic acid dihydrazide(ADH) and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl sulfide(DADPS) as chain extenders, polyurethane with self-healing properties is successfully synthesized using one-shot method. By incorporating 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide([EMIM][TFSI]) ionic liquid, a multifunctional fabric coating agent is developed. Results show that when n(ADH):n(DADPS) >1, the coating significantly enhances the mechanical properties of the polyester fabric. Specifically, fabric SPUA-T shows a tensile strength and elongation of 1.7 times and 1.88 times of the original value, respectively. Whenn(ADH):n(DADPS)≤1, the material exhibit excellent self-healing capabilities(able to fully repair scratches within 3 h at80 ℃). This coating agent not only imparts good thermal stability and puncture resistance to the fabric, but also achieves precise monitoring of finger and wrist movement signals.
