“双碳”目标下浙江省印染产业发展现状及转型路径

【摘要】 在全球“双碳”战略深化推进的背景下,浙江省作为中国印染产业核心集聚区,其转型升级成效对全国纺织工业低碳发展具有重要意义。基于技术-经济范式转型理论,系统分析浙江省印染产业发展现状,揭示其面临产业链层级偏低、双碳约束强化、技术创新瓶颈及国际供应链重构等多重挑战,提出“技术协同创新-产业系统重构-制度供给优化”三位一体的转型路径:通过构建全链条技术协同创新生态,突破超临界CO2染色等颠覆性技术;重塑“资源-产品-再生资源”循环经济体系,实现中水回用率85%以上;推动全球价值链位势跃迁,提升企业附加值至35%以上;创新制度供给,完善碳核算与要素配置机制。实证表明,上述路径协同可显著降低单位产值能耗与碳排放强度,破解“碳锁定”效应,为传统制造业绿色转型提供系统性解决方案。

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of accelerating global implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy, Zhejiang Province′s pivotal position as China′ s printing and dyeing industry hub renders its transformation crucial for achieving low-carbon development in the national textile sector. Grounded in technological-economic paradigm transition theory, this study conducts a systematic analysis of Zhejiang′s printing and dyeing industry, revealing multifaceted challenges including low-value industrial chain positioning, tightening carbon constraints,technological innovation barriers, and international supply chain realignment. We propose an integrated tripartite transformation framework encompassing: technological synergy innovation through establishing an endto-end collaborative ecosystem to develop breakthrough technologies like supercritical CO2dyeing; industrial system restructuring via creating a circular "resource-product-renewable resource" economy targeting >85%water reuse efficiency; institutional innovation by enhancing carbon accounting mechanisms and optimizing factor allocation. Empirical evidence demonstrates that this synergistic approach achieves significant reductions in energy consumption and carbon intensity per unit output, effectively mitigating carbon lock-in effects. The proposed framework provides a systematic paradigm for green transition in traditional manufacturing sectors, offering both theoretical insights and practical implementation pathways for sustainable industrial upgrading.
