水处理和空气净化用熔喷非织造材料的制备和应用研究进展
Advances on preparation and application of meltblown nonwovens in water treatment and air purification
【摘要】 熔喷技术是工业上制造微纳米级纤维非织造布的常用方法,其采用高速高温气流将熔融的热塑性聚合物细化。熔喷非织造材料具有纤维直径小、孔隙率高而孔径小,比表面积大,以及纤维材料特有的柔性等特点,展现出卓越的过滤、分离与吸附能力。介绍了熔喷材料在水处理和空气净化方面的应用。水处理方面的应用包括油水分离、染料以及重金属吸附;空气处理方面的应用包括固体颗粒、油分以及有害气体的去除。
【Abstract】 Melt-blowing is an extensively method in industry to produce micro-fibrous nonwoven,which uses high-speed and high-temperature airflow to attenuate molten thermoplastic polymers. Melt blown nonwoven materials exhibit excellent filtration, separation and adsorption capabilities due to their small fiber diameter,high porosity with small pore size, high specific surface area and unique flexibility of fiber materials. The applications of melt-blown materials in water purification and air purification are introduced. The applications in water purification include oil-water separation, adsorption of dye and heavy metal. The applications in air purification include removals of solid particle, oil and harmful gases.
