中医药调控NF-κB信号通路治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的研究进展

【摘要】 糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病致盲性微血管并发症,其病理进程与核转录因子-κB(Nuclear Factor-kappa B,NF-κB)信号通路异常激活密切相关。该通路通过介导炎症反应、氧化应激、新生血管生成及细胞凋亡,为DR病理调控的核心调控因素。本文系统梳理近年研究,阐述中药单体、复方及中成药通过靶向NF-κB信号通路关键节点改善DR作用机制的研究进展状况,分析其调控机理,并结合当前研究局限,提出未来需解决的问题,期望为DR治疗策略优化与新药研发提供方向。

【Abstract】 Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes.At present,its pathogenesis shows high complexity and covers many pathological processes such as inflammatory responses and oxidative stress.The nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway,as a core regulatory factor for inflammatory response and immune regulation,plays an important role in the pathophysiological process of DR.A large number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine acts on the NF-κB signaling pathway through multi-target and multi-pathway regulatory modes,which may open up new avenues for the treatment of DR.This article comprehensively and systematically reviews the research progress in recent years on how traditional Chinese medicine monomers,compound preparations,and Chinese patent medicines treat DR by regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway,and deeply analyzes their action mechanisms,hoping to provide a reference basis for optimizing clinical treatment strategies for DR and for the research and development of new drugs.
