【摘要】 目的 人机结合探析眼玄府研究现状，了解该领域发展轨迹、研究热点和前沿。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(维普)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)眼科与玄府学说相关研究文献。采用CiteSpace 6.1.6软件进行文献计量学分析，对作者、机构、关键词绘制可视化知识图谱。结果 本研究纳入文献319篇，眼玄府相关文献年发文量总体呈上升趋势。眼玄府研究主要形成了三个作者集群，第一作者集群为王明杰团队。第二作者集群主要为韦氏眼科、姚氏眼科团队，第三作者集群为庞氏眼科。发文量位居前3的机构是成都中医药大学、中国中医科学院、西南医科大学。关键词分析显示主要研究内容分为可分为理论研究、疾病、病机治法三大版块。眼玄府的基础研究较少，主要集中在理论研究和临床疗效研究方面。理论已用于指导内外障眼病诊治，其中糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼、干眼在眼玄府研究中关注度较高，为研究热点。结论 眼玄府的研究处于发展上升期，基础机制研究可作为日后研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the development track, research hot spots and frontiers of Yan-Xuanfu theory with man-machine combination.Methods Literature on Xuanfu theory related to ophthalmology was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang, and VIP databases.CiteSpace 6.1.6 was used to draw a visual knowledge map of the volume of articles, authors, institutions and key words. Results A total of 319 articles were included. Annual publications on Yan-Xuanfu theory demonstrated an upward trend. The author co-occurrence map showed that there were three main research groups which represented by Wang Mingjie, Pang’s team, Wei’s team and Yao’s team.The top three institutions are Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Southwest University of Medical Sciences.Keyword analysis shows that the main research content can be divided into three sections: theoretical research, disease and pathogenesis treatment.and theory research.There are few basic studies, mainly focusing on theoretical research and clinical efficacy research. Theory has been used to guide the diagnosis and treatment of internal and external eye disorders, “Diabetes retinopathy”,“Glaucoma” and “dry eye” are the current research frontier.Conclusion The research on the Yan-Xuanfu is in an upward trend of development, and basic mechanism research can serve as a direction for future research.更多还原
