【摘要】 伴随当代印度的崛起，尤其在具有强现实主义取向的莫迪政府上台后，印度在周边地区大力推行现实主义外交政策。追溯印度周边外交现实主义思想来源，大致可分为三类：一是源于古印度经典现实主义思想家的作品，即印度在实现国家复兴进程中高调提倡的古印度思想家考底利耶的“曼荼罗”体系思想；二是源于英国殖民时期的重要理论，即印度极力与之划清界限却在实践中不断重复的“帝国式权势扩张”思想；三是建国后吸纳旧有传统并借鉴现行国际关系中较受重视的理论而形成的思想理论。纵观印度周边外交思想发展脉络，其现实主义思想和理念的内核具有传承性与延续性，大致可归纳为权力政治的基本逻辑、地缘政治思维与陆海复合战略安全观。这三类核心要素在当代印度周边外交中的政策映射，分别表现为遵循权力政治逻辑的“邻国优先”政策，地缘政治思维下“拓展的邻居”政策以及致力于实现陆海复合强国战略目标的泛印度洋视角。因此，印度周边外交作为其整体对外战略的重要一环，体现了印度自身的战略逻辑和思想认识，并与国际战略形势和地区事态发展变化紧密关联，已然超越了传统的南亚范畴，具有更为宏大的地缘政治意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rise of contemporary India, especially after the Modi government with a strong realist orientation came to power, India has vigorously pursued a realist foreign policy in its surrounding region. The sources of India’s neighborhood diplomatic realism can be categorized into three main categories. The first originated from the works of ancient Indian classical realist thinkers, namely, the “Mandala” system thought of ancient Indian thinker Kautilya, which is highly advocated in the process of national rejuvenation in India. The second is the important theory originated from the British colonial period, the thought of “imperial power expansion” that India tries to distance itself from but repeats in practice. The third is the theory formed by absorbing the ancient tradition and drawing on the important theories in the current international relations after the independence of India. Throughout the evolution of India’s neighborhood diplomacy thought, the core of its realist thought and concept has inheritance and continuity, which can be broadly characterized by the basic logic of power politics, geopolitical thinking, and land-sea complex strategic security concept. The policy mapping of these three core elements is respectively manifested as the “Neighbourhood First” policy that follows the logic of power politics, the “ Expanded Neighbourhood” policy under the geopolitical thinking and the pan-Indian Ocean perspective that is committed to realizing the strategic goal of a land and sea composite power. Consequently, India’s neighborhood diplomacy, as an important part of its overall foreign strategy, reflects India’s own strategic logic and ideological understanding, and is closely related to the international strategic situation and regional situation, which has transcended the traditional South Asian territorial scope and hold greater geopolitical significance.更多还原
